My name is Thomas
I am the founder and owner of Prout's Recruitment. Myself and tens of thousands of university graduates have struggled to find a suitable role once finishing university. I am placing my university work ethic into this business, through only accepting 100% effort. I am a very ambitious and dedicated person who thrives to consistently learn and develop my skills.
While in comparison to large recruitment agencies, I do not have the benefit of decades of experience. What I can give you is full devotion and the focus on hyperlocal employment, access to future talent in the College and bright new ideas.
I have a passion for helping job seekers and local businesses to find jobs or suitable candidates. I want to help communities thrive and build employment within these communities.
